Minimum labeling temp: 0℃

Service temp: -20℃~70℃ (24h after labeling)

Suitable for daily chemical products label, personal hygiene products label and promotional label.

Not recommended to be used in irregular curved surface and extra soft bottles because the facestock is stiff.

There is no barrier coating on the backside of the facestock, so there is a risk of swelling after combining with hot melt adhesive. It is recommended that labels be re-tested for application assessment after long-time storage.

Printing and processing

With special treatment coated, can be used in multiple printing methods such as letterpress, flexo, gravure, and screen printing etc. UV ink &water-based ink are suitable.
Control the viscosity of print ink, high-contractility bring label crimp, causing the label detach from release paper or warp from label object.
Excellent performance at bronzing.
Film special die-cutting knife is recommended,especially the flat die-cutting.

Storage period and conditions

From date of manufacture: 12 months
Storage conditions: 23±2℃ & relative humidity 50±5%. Prolonged storage outside these conditions might reduce the shelf life.
