Minimum labeling temp: 0℃
Service  temp: -20℃~ 80℃ (24h  after  labeling)

Suitable for application of daily chemical label & food label.

Facestock has special soft pearly gloss, and excellent process performance.

Must test to confirm if used in small bottle label (diameter smaller than 30mm).

Not recommended for bottles with irregular surfaces or bottles that are frequently squeezed.

Printing and processing

With special treatment coating, can be used in letterpress printing, flexo printing, gravure printing, screen printing and varieties of printing methods. Suitable for UV ink and water-based ink.
Suitable for thermal transfer (ribbon) printing and laser printing.
Control the viscosity of print ink, high contractility bring label crimp, causing the label detach from release paper or warp from label object.
Sharp special die-cutting knife for film is recommended, especially the flat die-cutting.
PET liner is well suited for high-speed die cutting and labeling.
Pay attention to static electricity elimination during production to avoid its impact on product quality.

Storage period and conditions

From date of manufacture: 12 months
Storage conditions: 23±2℃ & relative humidity 50±5%. Prolonged storage outside these conditions might reduce the shelf life.
