Printing and processing

With special treatment coated, can be used in letterpress, flexo, gravure and screen printing. Suitable for UV ink.
Control the viscosity of ink, high-contractility of ink bring label crimp, causing the label detach from release paper or warp from label object.
In order to ensure the best ink wetting and firmness during the printing process, it is recommended to use online corona treatment and use PE special ink. It is recommended to conduct an ink test before printing.
Storage period and conditions

From date of manufacture: 12 months
Storage conditions: 23±2℃ & relative humidity 50±5%. Prolonged storage outside these conditions might reduce the shelf life.
To ensure the PE film printing performance, need to be sealed and stored and used as soon as possible. If it has not been used for a long time, it is necessary to test whether its dyne value meets the usage requirements before use, or use it after online corona treated.
