Printing and processing
With special treatment coated, can be used for various printing methods such as flexo printing, screen printing, and offset printing. Suitable for UV ink and water-based ink.
Control the viscosity of print ink, high-contractility bring label crimp, cause the label detach from release paper or warp from label object.
Using ultraviolet curing printing ink can have perfect binding with coating.
Film special die-cutting knife is recommended, especially the flat die-cutting.
Storage period and conditions
From date of manufacture: 12 months
Storage conditions: 23±2℃ & relative humidity 50±5%. Prolonged storage outside these conditions might reduce the shelf life.
Facestock
The facestock has a special printable coating. It has certain resistance to conventional chemicals and high temperature, as well as scratch resistance, moisture resistance, and stain resistance, making it suitable for producing various durable labels.
Adhesive
General purpose acrylic adhesive of film
This adhesive complies with FDA section 21(175.105) and can be used for non-contact labeling of food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
