Printing and processing

With specially treated coating surface, it can be used for various printing methods such as letterpress, flexo, gravure, and screen printing.
Control the viscosity of ink, high-contractility of ink bring label crimp, causing the label detach from release paper or warp from label object.
To ensure optimum ink wetting and firmness during the printing process, online corona treatment and the use of PE-specific inks are recommended. Ink testing is recommended before printing.
Pay attention to static electricity elimination during production to avoid its impact on product quality.
Storage period and conditions

From date of manufacture: 12 months
Storage conditions: 23±2℃ & relative humidity 50±5%. To ensure the PE film printing performance, need to be sealed and stored and used as soon as possible. If it has not been used for a long time, it is necessary to test whether its dyne value meets the usage requirements before use, or use it after online corona treated.
